成果

主讲《现代仪器分析》、《食品生产安全管理体系》、《功能性乳制品》等本科及研究生课程。荣获“黑龙江省线上线下混合式一流本科课程建设项目”、“黑龙江省精品课程”“黑龙江省双语课程”；葡京线路检测中心网址研究生导学思政团队（导师）骨干导师。主编参编教材3部，发表教学论文4篇，指导本科生参加国家级、省级、校级各类竞赛获得多项奖励。

研究方向：天然植物提取物对食源性致病菌生物防控及应用，肠道菌群调节机制与新型发酵食品研发

主持和参与国家级、省级科研课题10余项，发表科研论文60余篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI/EI检索论文18篇（SCI一区7篇，二区2篇）。主编专著2部，参编英文书籍2部。申请发明专利2项，授权发明专利1项，实用新型专利3项。

主持并参与横向课题2项，参与教育部、学校及机关企事业的培训和技术咨询20余次。
